Spin Cast molding is an innovative technology applied to PEEK and PEEK filled processing, to produce semi-finished tubes.

Spin Cast (or roto-mold) technology is an innovative technology applied to PEEK and PEEK filled processing, to produce semi-finished tubes.

In order to realize these semi-finished products, the powder is put into the mold of a spin cast machine which, through the centrifugal force and the appropriate temperature, leads to a semi-finished tube.

Compared to standard compression molding, this technology offers some distinctive advantages:

• Semi-finished products with the best mechanical properties
• Constant quality over time
• Flexibility in size and thin walls for greater cost savings
• Tubes up to 300 mm long
• No voids
